Summary:
RETAILSPECIALIST
This position isresponsible for providing merchandising and related services tovarious retail stores. The employee in this position is tasked withassuring that exceptional customer service is maintained.
This position will also provide in store andin home assembly services for bikes, grills and RTAfurniture.
Primary Job
Responsibilities:

Complete servicecalls for assigned retail stores when scheduled.

Understand andmaintain product area plan-o-gram integrity.

Replace andmaintain vendor POP as needed.

Ensure productarea is clean and well maintained, according to retailerspecifications.

Complete minorplan-o-gram changes, as required.

Maintain apositive working relationship with all store employees and customers.

After each WorkOrder, report all work performed using either Company provided device(netbook or laptop) or computer located within retailer and acquireretailer approval.

If needed, takedigital pictures of product area and include pictures with report.

If using Companyprovided netbook or laptop, sync device at the beginning and end ofeach work day.

Performs assemblyfor vender displays.

Providescontinuous, courteous and professional customer service to vendors,store personnel, and store customers.

Maintains goodwork habits and arrives at appointments punctually.

Worksindependently to meet deadlines and achieve results.

Performs otherrelated duties as required.
Requirements

1-2 yearsexperience in a retail environment

Must be able toread and understand plan-o-grams.

Must be able toread and understand basic wiring schematics and instructions.

Must completeinternal certification programs.

Must have basiccomputer skills.

Must have goodcommunication and customer service skills.

Must have reliabletransportation.

Must have a validdriver''s license and automobile insurance.

Must have dailyinternet access.

Must have basictools.

Must be able towork in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping,standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extendedperiods of time.

Must be able touse hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects, tools orcontrols.

Must be able tolift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned jobtasks.

Must be able tolift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.

Must be able towork in precarious or high locations and also be able to climb anddescend ladders.
RetailSpecialists are paid based on productivity.Paidtraining is provided.
